Our stock status and delivery times

At Ventilationland, it is important to us that you are always satisfied with your order, but also that you are informed in advance about when to expect delivery.

What can you expect from us?

In order to inform you as clearly as possible in advance about the delivery time of your order, a stock status will be stated for each product.

Stock status:

• 3-5 Workingdays
  Der Status 3-5 Werktage will sagen das wir die Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Lieferant senden werden. Die Lieferzeit 3-5 Werktage ist abhängig der Bestellung und ist teilweise bestimmt durch die Produkte und die Anzahl.
• 5-10 workingdays
  Produkte mit einer Lieferzeit von 5-10 Werktagen werden in 98% der Fälle speziell für Sie bestellt oder hergestellt. Bei einer Lieferzeit von 5-10 Werktagen ist die exakte Lieferzeit abhängig von den bestellten Produkten und Anzahlen. Für eine exakte Lieferzeit können Sie uns kontaktieren.
• 7-14 workingdays
  Produkte mit einem Vorratsstatus von 7-14 Werktagen sind in 90% der Fälle Produkte die speziell für Sie, durch uns, hergestellt werden müssen. Für die exakte Lieferzeit fragen wir Sie uns zu kontaktieren.

If one or more items of your order have a longer delivery time, we will ship your order as a whole. If you wish to receive certain items anyway, we can make an exception in some situations. Please contact us for this purpose.

Different opening hours / holidays

Outside the official holidays we are closed on the following days as well.

• 20th of February
• 07th of April
• 19th of May
• 27th of December

Incoming orders on the above and national holidays (in The Netherlands) will be processed/shipped on the next business day.

Parcel delivery

All orders are sent via the parcel service of PostNL and generally delivered within 48 hours on Monday to Saturday. You will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code when the parcel leaves our warehouse. On the day of delivery you can see the exact time period, allowing you to follow the status of your order step by step.
Our parcels will be delivered to your door once by PostNL. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be taken to the nearest post office. You can pick it up there in one week, at a time that suits you.

Pallet shipment delivery

Have you placed an order with us that cannot be sent via the regular parcel service? This may be due to the number of items and/or the size of a certain item. In this case, the shipment will be sent via pallet transport. Pallet shipments could take one working day longer.

For larger products that are delivered on a pallet, a charge of £50 will be made. The costs for pallet shipments are per pallet. Pallet prices are only charged for the following products: Heat recovery systems, ventilation systems with connections of Ø400 and larger. Thermoduct pipes and spiral ducts.
